What it is
Tempra builds custom software and AI agents for companies of 10 to 100 people in Malta and across the EU. Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch. Integrations that make two systems talk so nobody retypes. Agents that take one job, on a schedule or on demand, and check their own work before a person sees it. Every piece is owned by one named member of your team, because software without an owner rots.

Why the usual tools do not fix it
A project tool tracks tasks. It does not know what was quoted, what the hours cost, or whether the job made money.
A spreadsheet is flexible and familiar until two people edit it, and then nobody knows which copy is true.
An ERP keeps the record straight, and we build on it gladly. It was not built to run the day: the approvals, the handovers, the hour someone spends every morning.
Four tools that do not talk need a person between each pair. The person is the integration, and the person goes on leave.
What we build sits on the systems you already have and connects them. The record stays where it is, and the work stops living in inboxes.
How it is quoted
Every project starts with a free two hour scoping session. We map what slows the business down and what is worth building first. Bespoke work is then quoted against a written scope; the quote holds, and a changed scope gets a new quote agreed before we continue. A first agent is live in three weeks. After launch, agent support and training run at €50 a month. Bespoke code, data and accounts are yours from handover; our off the shelf agents stay ours and are used under licence.
