How we work, in writing.

The short version

  1. Every piece of work is quoted in writing against a written scope before it starts, and nothing is billed until you have agreed the quote.

  2. If the scope changes, we stop, quote the difference, and continue only when you agree.

  3. Bespoke code, data and accounts are yours from handover. Our off the shelf agents and apps stay ours and are used under licence.

  4. Agent support and training after launch is a monthly retainer, cancellable [with one month's notice].

  5. Maltese law applies and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.
