Work · 02
Five agents. Five jobs. On shift since the day they were switched on.
Each one owned by one person. Each one checks its own work before a human sees it.
How an agent earns a name here
An agent gets a name when it has one job, one owner on the team, and a measured test behind it. Until then it is a script. These five have names, and each is shown below doing its job: not a diagram of it, the thing itself.
Kim · The sales team's sidekick · Think Talent
Kim is the colleague who never leaves the office. The sales team messages Kim on WhatsApp the way they would message each other, and Kim answers with the whole company behind it: the live pipeline and who owes a follow up today, the brief before a meeting with three talking points and the objection that will come up, the email written in the sender's own voice and sent from their own account, the meeting booked. Kim carries the battle cards, so when a prospect says a competitor is cheaper, Kim has the answer the company agreed on. Kim knows every course, every price, and Malta's funding schemes well enough to explain who pays what. And Kim remembers: each person's deals, each person's way of working, from one day to the next.
Kim also meets the outside world. On WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram, the customer facing side answers the questions people ask before they buy, points them to the right course and the funding that fits, and hands them to a person the moment a person is needed.
Demo: a Tuesday morning with Kim. A salesperson asks "who do I owe today". Kim lists three names from the pipeline. "Brief me on the 11 o'clock." Kim returns the company, the contact, the angle, three talking points, one objection with its answer. "Book them for Thursday at ten and confirm by email." The calendar entry appears; the email leaves in the salesperson's own words.

who do I owe today
Three. The shipping enquiry you quoted on Friday. The hotel group waiting on dates, who you see at eleven. The training enquiry from Monday that nobody has answered.
brief me on the 11 o'clock
The hotel group. You are meeting the operations director. The angle is the funding, because they qualify for it.
book the shipping enquiry Thursday at ten and confirm by email
Booked for Thursday at ten. The confirmation has gone from your own address, in your own words.

Milo · Recruitment screener · Ceek Talent
CVs arrive at all hours, by the website, by WhatsApp, by hand. Milo reads each one the moment it lands, against the roles that are open right now, scores the fit, writes the note a recruiter would have written, and flags the ones worth a call. By the time the recruiter sits down, the shortlist is waiting. Milo also draws the job artwork, so a new role goes out looking like Ceek within minutes of being opened. The recruiter decides. Milo makes sure nothing good is missed and nothing is missed for long.
Demo: a CV lands at 23:40. The file arrives. Milo reads it, sets it against three live roles, scores each, writes the two line note, marks one role "worth a call". At 08:10 the recruiter opens the shortlist and it is already there.

Sam · Chief of staff
Sam works for one leader. Before every meeting, the brief: who, what was said last time, what is open, what to ask for. After it, the decision written down where it can be found. Overnight, the things that moved, in three lines on the phone in the morning. Sam reads the mail and the calendar, drafts the replies, proposes the times, and never sends anything until the leader has said yes. Voice notes on the move are fine; Sam listens and files. On Telegram and WhatsApp, wherever the leader is.
Demo: the evening before. A voice note: "prepare tomorrow". Sam returns the day as a list, each meeting with its one line brief and its open item. One tap on a meeting opens the full brief. "Move the two o'clock to Friday." Sam proposes two times, the leader picks one, the invitations go out.

Bruce · Social media and brand content · four brands
Every week Bruce reads what the world is saying about the four brands' subjects, then plans, writes and designs a week of posts for each brand in that brand's own voice, artwork included. Nothing is published until a person has read it: the week's drafts arrive for approval, one tap each, and the approved posts are scheduled to go out on their days. Four voices held apart, a week of work done before Monday, and a human at the gate.
Demo: Sunday, six in the evening. Four columns, one per brand. Posts fill each column with their artwork, each in its own voice. An approval message arrives. Each post gets a tick. The calendar for the week fills in.

Mundu · Presentation agent · every TRC brand
Notes in, presentation out. Mundu takes a page of rough notes and returns the finished deck in the brand's own template, slide by slide, with the speaker notes a presenter would want beside each one. What used to take an afternoon takes the time it takes to upload the notes.
Demo: a page of notes becomes a deck. A text file lands. Slides appear one after another in the house template, the speaker notes filling in beside them. The last slide is the closing line.

How they fit what you already run
Every agent sits beside the systems your team already knows and talks to them through their own doors. Nothing is replaced; a job is taken off a person. A first agent is live in three weeks. After launch, support and training run at €50 a month, and small changes need no new quote.
